According to a representative of T+K, the project is being designed to attain LEED Silver Certification, and is expected to break ground later in 2018.
T+K is also designing a second development located next-door, the 115-unit MW Lofts, which is also scheduled to break ground this year. Both properties sit across the street from the two-building Hudson Apartments, a half-completed development by Greystar Real Estate Partners.
