This 4,200 SF modern residence is situated on one of 64 five-acre private estates, located around a series of lakes, rivers, and green space. The design takes advantage of the natural topography, positioned on top of a hill, promoting a sense of prominence. Large floor to ceiling windows create interior/exterior connections to the expansive landscape.
