This 3,500 SF ultra modern residence is situated on one of 64 five-acre private estates, located around a series of lakes, rivers, and green space. The design contrasts the surrounding nature by having a lack of materiality or ornamentation, with white stucco and large paneled glass being the primary materials. The residence has a donut shaped plan, with a large courtyard in the center, creating a contained oasis. The expansive glass frames different views in the distant landscape.
