The Fair Oaks Corridor north of I-210 has recently experienced a transition in building typology, from one-story institutional and industrial to three-story residential and mixed-use. With a masonry warehouse facade, this project seeks to bridge this transition by providing an adaptive reuse character of glass and steel in carefully placed positions. The program of ground floor commercial, second floor residential, and top floor office seeks to reinvigorate the surrounding neighborhood with some much-appreciated foot traffic.
