Following our master planning of this subdivision of six estate residential lots above the Rose Bowl, we subsequently designed a majority of the custom homes within the subdivision. This estate recalls a rustic and vegetated Spanish villa, complete with expansive arches, detailed chimneys, terra cotta roof tiles, and salmon-colored stucco.
